You can also contact the Hotline for advice and guidance on claim procedures while abroad so that you can collect all necessary documents for compensation in Vietnam.
Every claims should be informed by writing or submitted the hardcopy to MSIG Vietnam's office within maximum 30 days from the date of loss.
To secure your right of claim, please contact the airline agents or meet the staff who is in charge of this matter at the airport right when you have information of delayed flight to request for the confirmation in writing. They always support passengers in this matter.
