Coverage
The Insurers agree to pay a compensation for loss resulting from where the Business carried on by the Insured at the Premises be interrupted and/or property is damaged in consequence of an Accident (means unforeseen damage occurring to Machinery).
Exclusions
This Policy does not cover loss resulting from interruption directly or indirectly due to any of the following causes:
- Damage due to fire, direct lightning, explosion or natural catastrophes,
- Breakdown due to the imposition of abnormal conditions directly or indirectly resulting from testing, intentional overloading or experiments,
- Damage due to faults or defects known to the Insured or any of his responsible employees at the time the contract was arranged and not disclosed to the Insurers,
- Etc.
