Coverage

The Insurer shall indemnify for all Loss arising from any Claim for which the Insured Person does not receive an indemnity from the Company relating to Directors’s & Officers’ Management Liability; and any costs caused by Acts or Liabilities of the Insured.


Exclusions

MSIG Vietnam shall have no liability under this Policy in respect of any Claim:

  • Prior or Pending Litigation,
  • Absolute Asbestos, 
  • Actions by Substantial Shareholders,
  • Unscrupulous Behaviour.
