What is Covered for your flight?
1. Personal Accident
- Covers you from unwanted scenarios such as accidents or injuries up to 2.000.000.000 VND
2. Flight Delay
- If your flight gets delayed, you’ll receive 1.000.000 VND per 3 (three) hours of delay a maximum of 15.000.000 VND.
3. Baggage Delay
- Get compensated for 1.000.000 VND per 3 (three) hours of delay a maximum of 15.000.000 VND if your baggage arrives later than scheduled
4. Missed or Damaged Baggage
- A baggage that is lost or damaged will be compensated 4.000.000 VND per item và a maximum of 24.000.000 VND.
5. Trip Cancellation (due to specific reasons)
- If you need to cancel your trip due to illness, injury, or other l reasons as stated in the policy, you can get compensated up to 300.000.000 VND.
6. Missed Travel Connection
- If you missed your connecting flight due to the late arrival of your incoming flight and no transport substitute is available by the time you eventually arrive, you can get compensated 1.500.000 VND per 4 (four) hours of delay and a maximum of 20.000.000 VND.
7. Personal Liability
- Covers Personal Liability by which the Company shall pay compensation on behalf of the Insured for the amount that the Insured is legally liable to pay for: - Loss of Life or Bodily Injury of a Third Party due to or as a result of an accident caused by the Insured; Loss of or Damage to Property of a Third Party due to or as a result of an accident caused by the Insured.

Terms and Conditions
1. One-way trip (in-flight or in-airport):
Commencement of Cover
a. Except for Flight Cancellation benefit, the cover commences upon check-in on the First Departure for a Scheduled Flight which will include the time the Insured is inside any airport premises for the purpose of commencement or continuation of the Scheduled Flight.
b. The cover for Flight Cancellation benefit commences 24 hours from the purchase of the Air Ticket for a Scheduled Flight on the First Departure Date.
Expiry of Cover
c. Except for Flight Cancellation benefit, the cover ends upon the Insured’s departure from the airport at the Country of Arrival.
d. The cover for Flight Cancellation ends upon the First Departure Date.
2. Return trip (in-flight or in-airport):
Commencement of Cover
a. Except for Flight Cancellation benefit, the cover commences upon check-in on the First Departure and First Arrival of return for a Scheduled Flight which will include the time the Insured is inside any airport premises for the purpose of commencement or continuation of the Scheduled Flight.
b. The cover for Flight Cancellation benefit commences 24 hours from the purchase of the Air Ticket for a Scheduled Flight on the First Departure Date or the First Arrival Date of the return Scheduled Flight.
Expiry of Cover
c. Except for Flight Cancellation benefit, the cover ends upon the Insured’s departure from the airport at the Country of Arrival and Home Country.

How to Claim
Give a written or verbal notification of the incident as early as possible to the Insurer. Download and fill in your claim form, and prepare the required documents as listed. Make sure that you attach ALL the required supporting documents that are related to your claim onto your claim form. Submit your claim request and the required documents within 30 days from the date of the incident. However, if you fail to do so and can be proven with a practical reason, your right for the insurance claim will not be forfeited.
Payment will be settled in 15 working days at the latest after the claim is confirmed and approved.
