Worker’s Compensation Insurance

Coverage

This insurance provides the compensation in the event of death, disablement of a worker caused by an insured event arising out of and in the course of his/her employment within the territorial limits of Social Republic of Vietnam.


Exclusions

MSIG Vietnam shall not be liable in respect of:

  • Any liability of the Insured which attaches by virtue of an agreement but which would not have attached in the absence of such agreement,
  • Accidents, injury, occupational diseases which occurred outside of the territorial limits of Social Republic of Vietnam,
  • Any violation or breaches of laws, regulations of local authorities or states where the Insured is residing within the Geographical Limit mentioned in the Policy.
