Professional Liability Insurance (Specified Professions Civil Liability)
Coverage
The Insurer will pay on behalf of any Insured all Damages resulting from any Claim for:
- Civil liability of the Insured,
- Intellectual Property,
- Defamation,
- Data Protection Breach,
- The destruction, damage to, loss, erasure or mislaying of Documents,
- Providing Professional Services that facilitate access to the Internet,
- Fraud/Dishonesty of Employee,
- Defence Costs incurred in defending such Claim.
