Coverage
The Insurer shall indemnify for the Insured to legal liability related to any claims of any third parties against the Insured during the Insured Period within the Geographical Limit to loss or damage caused to any person or property, and all costs and expenses of litigation.
Exclusions
This Insurance Policy does not cover for liabilities:
- Assumed by the Insured by agreement and which would not have attached in the absence of such agreement,
- In respect of or loss of or damage to property belonging to the Insured,
- In respect of injury, illness, loss or damage happening to the Insured’s employees.
